Residential Surveys

Often boundary issues can be solved by HARMSEN rather than by judges, juries, attorneys & courts of law by having a Boundary Line Adjustment or Agreement prepared.
Since 1970, HARMSEN has been providing hundreds of professional boundary surveys, every year, to the residents of Washington State. If a topographic map is necessary (perhaps for an architect) HARMSEN provides topographic maps which contain the detail necessary for complete development without "surprises." Critical Area Site Plans (CASP) may be needed as part of the development process. These plans show wetlands, steep slopes and other critical areas. HARMSEN is expert in providing Elevation Certificates and LOMA's. Once the design of the project is complete, construction staking will be necessary. HARMSEN will provide a bid for the staking and will also guarantee 48 hour response time.
