HARMSEN & ASSOCIATES believes the quality of life need not be compromised as a result of smaller sized lots, if the development is well planned and laid out. Often we are retained to work closely with an architect to develop a community that has special features such as community recreation facilities that encourage and foster a cohesive neighborhood spirit.
