Right-of-Way and Route Surveys

Right-of-Way and Route Surveys are usually only necessary for utility companies, municipalities, etc. They may require a survey that extends for miles. However, Harmsen & Associates also may be your consultant to vacate an existing Right-of-Way, which has no potential for use by the public. These surveys usually require extensive use of the surveyor for determining property lines along the proposed routes and preparing legal descriptions for the land parcels of land once thought to be needed for the Right-of-Way.
