Critical Area Site Plans

Critical Area Site Plans (CASPs) are sometimes required for the development of sites. A CASP shows critical areas, i.e. wetlands, steep slopes, streams, and Native Growth Protection Areas (NGPAs) and establishes a permanent record with the county showing the location of the critical area as well as the buffer requirement adjacent to the critical area.
