ALTA / ACSM

ALTA/ACSM Surveys are land surveys that are often required by banks, mortgage companies or design teams. HARMSEN & ASSOCIATES would be pleased to show you some of our surveyed sites, either from photographs in our office or by personally visiting some of our showcase sites with you. These surveys show the same items as Boundary Surveys but also include easements of record, deed lines, improvements (such as buildings), utilities serving the site, access to Public Streets and many other optional items. ALTA surveys should only be performed by firms with established reputations and years of experience.
