H&AI has been serving the Puget Sound region since 1974. Our professional surveyors, engineers, and landscape architect have the experience and knowledge that will directly benefit you and your projects: knowledge of local land history, codes, and ordinances; ongoing professional education; and many years of professional practice, all combine to provide responsive, creative, professional, and accurate service. Our professionals are hands-on, courteous, and communicative, keeping you informed of project status, working with you directly to accomplish a common goal, and building quality, long-lasting, professional relationships.

With a staff of 50, we are large enough to have a wide range of expertise in house, yet small enough to provide personal service to our clients. We have expanded our planning capacity and added landscape architecture and arboriculture to surveying and engineering so that our clients enjoy an exceptional balance of services.
