Binding Site Plans

On properties that will continue under one ownership, or under the control of Owner’s Association or similar organization, Binding Site Plans (BSPs) offer the property owner a voluntary, alternative method for the division of land, without formal subdivisions or short plats. The BSP is particularly suited to the division of commercial and industrial properties for sale or lease, the development of residential condominiums, or to the division of land for mobile home parks, recreational vehicle parks or travel trailer courts.

The BSP process requires procedural approval of the plan and the recording of a record of survey with the county auditor.
